Alexandra Stréliski is a Montreal based pianist who creates minimalist and cinematic music that was heard in films such as Dallas Buyers Club, and on shows like Sharp Objects and Big Little Lies. For her latest album, Néo-Romance, she set out to follow her instinct, inspired by the idea of encapsulating and expressing emotions through art, and the Romantics’ love of individual expression over the restraints of tradition.
As her Neo-Romantic Tour stops in Luxembourg, Streliski proposes a moment of calm, dream and imagination, following the great themes of the romantic era: nostalgia, nature and spontaneity.
